Foundation Certifications

We offer low cost foundation certifications for manufactured homes, meeting Housing and Urban Development (HUD) guidelines for all government backed loans.

We only charge $100 for the Foundation Certification. A certification for an addition is also $100. However, if the 2 are ordered at the same time, the cost is reduced to $150!
